Goldenvoice announced on friday that Popcaan, will tour the UK this summer. The massively successful Jamiacan artist, recently worked together with Drake, Jamie XX, AlunaGeorge and Gorillaz amongst others following the release of his debut album ‘Where We Come From’ on Mixpak. The renowned artist will take to Birmingham, London and Manchester this June and July for his second ever UK appearance, a prime opportunity for fans to hear Popcaan perform hot tracks up close and personal with the act that has been a part of some of the biggest sounds this year. The first single Everything Nice from his debut album ‘Where We Come From’ spun to No.2 in the Billboard Top Reggae Albums chart and gained over 23 million views on Youtube. Popcaan recent collaborations have made him one of the most talked about voices this year.

There is no doubt that Popcaan is king of the dancehall rhythms; Dazed cited him as “the face of a standalone movement” for “staying true to his roots” whilst The Guardian has given Popcaan the trust “to carry the dancehall flame worldwide”. These UK performances will notably be the biggest party of 2017.
